Team Building

The difference between a group and team isn’t just semantics - in a team, each member contributes and feels valued, making the work more meaningful and more fun.

We are each gifted with individual skills and talents, along with our own preferred ways of working and communicating. Sometimes those gifts blend together seamlessly; sometimes they clash with frustrating, even disastrous consequences.

This teambuilding process uses the Workplace Big 5 personality assessment to help each member to understand what makes them tick - their own personal gifts and preferences - as well as those of their peers. This information is then used, through discussion and energizing illustrations, to build empathy, improve communication, and increase understanding, so your team can function at its very best.

This process is especially ideal for conflicted or newly-formed boards, managerial teams, and other professional groups who are looking to invest in their members and their work.
